Registration & Fees

Once registrations opens, please sign up you children by selecting "Register" from the top menu.
Only online registrations and payments will be accepted. There will be no cutoff date for registration. However, t-shirts may not be available after May 31, so please register early. Instead of a cutoff date, a running tally is kept as children are registered. The spots that are remaining in each sport/age group are shown on the Welcome page and at Step 2 of registration.


Fees

$45 per sport, per child.


About Online Payments

The Brookdale Recreation Association is operated by a small group of volunteers and we have implemented on online registration and payment system as a time saver for both parents and ourselves. When registering online, please note that all information is encrypted using the same technology used for online banking.  Our online payments are handled through PayPal Inc. and can be made using your PayPal account or as a guest with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express credit and prepaid cards. Visa Debit cards are also accepted. The Brookdale Recreation Association does not have access to financial information you enter on the PayPal website.

We do not share your contact information or your child's registration information with any third party.


Refunds

If you wish to withdraw your child please send an email to registration@hanwellsports.com
The refund schedule for 2021 is as follows:

Cancellations on or before May 31, get $45 refund.
Cancellations on or before June 13, get $35 refund.
No refunds after June 13th.
